What We Need You To Do:
The MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet Beneficiary Administrator, have informed us as follows:
“We are pleased to inform you that your application has been provisionally accepted
We would need you firstly to please sign-up 50 supporters and send us the completed card application forms in one single batch, along with the signed attached Beneficiary Terms &Conditions and your organisation letterhead before we can officially register you. (Attached is the application form you can use to sign-up your supporters).”
- In Order for Miracle Kidz to benefit from the My School program we need to sign up 50 people to the MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet Program.
- Simply Click on the Link Below & Download and Complete the Application Form:
MySchool SUPPORTER CARD APPLICATION FORM - When completing the form please be sure to List Miracle Kidz Safe House as your Nominated Beneficiary
Once complete please scan and email your Supporter Card Application Form To Miracle Kidz Safe House at –

- Note if you already have a MySchool Card you will not be able to select Miracle Kidz as a beneficiary yet, until we have 50 Supporters signed up for a My School Card so be sure to forward this message to all your friends and family and get them to Sign-Up
